We are a small computer/phone/infrastructure cable installation/service company that has somehow garnished one nationwide customer for who we provide nationwide service and installation support as they require. What we don't do ourselves we use local subs (like the big nationwide project management companies do) as they have around 400 sites. We have, at times, needed to hire local folks who are Avaya Partner trained, or Nortel, or Samsung DCS, or whatever as our customer usually has no maintenance contracts on those smaller units. We are looking for a company with a broad scope of trained tech support folks covering most of these brands that might provide us with trained telephone support so whatever tech we send out in the field can call in for help when needed. Any ideas who would provide this type of service would be appreciated.
