Could help, but am over 3 hours away. I have no reputation here(although i've trolled around for about a year.) I've been extending phone lines for years (both voice and t-1) have a butt-set and could be up there tomorrow if you can't find anyone closer.

I live in northern Wisconsin. I have almost 40 years in the business. I have worked inside and outside T&R to Fiber and much more. I have all my own tools except a T1 test set. If there is another issue up north give me a shout maybe I can help.
