I am having trouble with an IPK with Elitemail VMP and Cosessions. I have to default the system due to the deletion or disappearance of the system admin so that I can clear passwords on two extensions. The issue is that no matter what windows OS I use I get either a DCR Timeout or no response from host when trying to connect. I have called two manufacturer support companies and their people are stumped as well. Please IM me with your rate to meet up with me at the site and show me what I am doing wrong.
