Spoke with Michael on the phone. He has a Telrad 2464 that has lost its programming. His DSS/Programmer is not plugged into anything. I believe you program from station 20 or 21 but beyond that, I no longer have any manuals or do I remember how the program went. He has the overlays, just needs assistance in setting up some ringing phones, etc. Or if someone is in that area they could go to the site. Makes me feel old when I can't remember how to program these old systems and I used to install them. Haven't touched one of those in awhile!

He would have to have his DSS/Programmer plugged in, if he doesn't there is nothing that can be done for him without going on site. The other problem is that he needs to replace the batt or he will be programming every time the power goes down.
He needs a tech to go on site.

This customer is a COMPLETE fraud & rip off! "Medic ID" or "Michael Silverstein" TELMOVE (800)TEL-MOVE www.TELMOVE.com went on site and completely reprogrammed this guy's system from default down to every dss key on every phone - we installed a new CNI card because his had caught on fire from being mis-wired - and he bounced the check on us! 6 hours (3.5 in travel alone), a new battery, and a new CNI card, and TELMOVE gets $0.00. This guy is a F***ING R.I.P. O.F.F. DO NOT HELP OR EVEN TALK TO THIS GUY unless you like to help crooks & jackasses!
