I have a problem the VW wont dial
the digits, I monitored the port and flash is correct but the voice works never dials
could that be due to the broken hookflash dial tone of the Samsung DCS?
please help (ESI tech support was useless)
the DTMF is working out of the voiceworks
I tested it with outbound branch

Could you clean this up a bit? You say one thing then contradict what you just said.

I monitor the auto att. port it does not dial the extension, the DCS gives me "broken dial tone" could the voiceworks mistake that for a busy signal (it is 7 years old)

yes I can dial in and program
the "voiceworks" is too old to have a setting for
the DCS but I tried for the prostar 816 and 56/120
|

Maybe someone knows of another system you could set it to, which also had broken dial tone.
