Just got the C-Class installed yesterday and the installer left the AA for me to set-up and he left me the pass code, but I can't find any information in the downloadables on www.esiusers.com. Does anyone have suggestions for me? Thanks, ------------------ J. What are you looking to do? - recording greetings is done in function 6-1. Anything more involved such as setting up branches should be done by an installer.

Any particular reason the installer didn't help you set up trhe AA as Kenny said you'll need him to set up the branch programming anyway, it can be done remotely so he could set everything up and you could then do the recordings. ------------------ One stop Voice and Data Solutions VoIP

They left it for me, don't know why, guess they were tired and ready to go. Said it was easy, but I've had a heck of a time with it! I'm getting closer, but it's still been a pain, just not enough information left with me on how to do it! Would this be something Tech Support could help me with or see if he could come back up and fix what he left me to do? ------------------ J. Call that lazy installer back out. Setting up the AA and training should be part of the install not just tossing you the manual and saying it's easy.
