I know I can get instructions from the help button but I like written manuals better. Is there anyway I can get a printed version? I know I should probably call the installer but I don't really like him. Anyone who has an office number without anyone there to answer it is wierd, if you ask me. Thanks so much.

If you contact ESI, they could likely refer you to another dealer in your area who answers their office phone. :thumb: Also, if you go to www.esiusers.com, you can find downloadable users guides. The admin manual would need to be obtained from someone (like a dealer) who can verify that you are authorized to have that information.

Give your ESI reseller a chance. Not everyone can afford a receptionist 9-5 Mon-Fri.
If your phone system is important to your operation you'll want to get professional service.
If you don't get a response you can always download one from this website.
