is there a way to change the number or rings before voice mail picks up. It's currently at 6, I would like it at 4. I can't seem to find this in the manual.

Auto Attendant picks up on either ring 1,3,5 or 9. If CID is enabled first ring is absorbed so it will sound like 4 when it is actually 5 and so on.... The selection is made under line programming. If I knew which version of software the system is running I could tell you which page it is on in the manual. Speaking of manual, did you get it from here following yesterday's post.

Line programming is in "installer level progamming". You probably have an administration guide, that is why you don't see anything on line programming. You need the installers manual and the installers password.

...or you need AN INSTALLER. This could be done by dialing in, so any installer could do it, typically for a fee.
