Hi - I'm an end user with a question re. my IVS 72e. For calls to a particular DID is there a way to request the caller to press 2 for Spanish then go to an appropriate mailbox for either English or Spanish selection??

It's all in the programming. My suggestion is to get your dealer to program it for you. It can be done, it's just a matter of how it's setup. The actual SYSTEM prompts wouldn't be in Spanish, but the custom greetings could be recorded in Spanish.
