You definately can't have dial 0 for a directory. The directory branch has to be 8.

Heh,,,,, I'm a newbie here but Grider is right on the money. GREAT reading though guys.
You can define "0" as an info mailbox and record your directory names and ext's there if you want.
One more tidbit on the 20 C. You can use the older 16 DSS (programmable key) sets with it. You're not stuck with the 12 and 24 key sets.

You can make any number the directory, but it's a pain and requires using esi-access and basically overriding some of the limitations built into the C-class, I've had decent success doing it, but for some reason, occasionally it fails after a few resets. I also don't recommend upgrading the software level with the workarounds still in the programming, that led me to have to default the one I worked on. None of it is worth the hassle really. I can't imagine why anybody would buy the C-class when the S-class is SO much better for such a small price difference.
