I'm getting a new Hard Drive in for a 128 E tomorrow. This is the first HD in an ESI system that I'll swap. Question is:
Customer has an 8 Channel IVC Card, If I back up everything in the system before the swap, will I need to call TS and have them re-add the licenses for the ESI link card. Reason I ask is I'm doing this after hours (busy car dealership). They throw a FIT if they can't call to their other location over the network. I just want it up and running Saturday for the start of the business day.
