I am sure that with all the installers and techs on here that one of you has had to do this before, but I am looking for a "cheat-sheet" to hand out to my employees to help them learn how to use the Esi-Link. I already have it setup and working and I have been using it myself, but most of my employees don't understand anything that they don't have step-by-step instructions written down for and if possible, I would like to avoid re-inventing the wheel. Can anyone help me? If not, I will just have to tell them that any one at another building has a 6 digit extension and anyone in our building has a 3 digit extension and transferring calls, picking up calls, etc works pretty much the same as it does now. Thanks in advance! help

Be sure to publish numbers and just put the most common extensions on keys or in the ESI-DEX.

How can I tell if a number is published or not??? I have added a few remote stations to the feature keys at my desk, but only a few of them actually give me status indications. Thanks.

That feature must require Installaer access because I just tried that with Administrator access and it acted like that wasn't a valid selection. This might be something I have to get my installer to do for me because I also don't see it as an option in Esi-Admin.

I am going to have to make a list of all the extensions that I wish to have published and get them to my installer so that he can publish them. Thanks for the Info though. This really helps a lot now that I know what the problem is. This board has really helpded me a lot.
