Hello, I am about to go and install VIP onto 4 computers. Here is my problem. they do not have an NSP connection due to their IT guy not figuring out how to set it up (he will not let me in to do it). I had to have ESI call in utilizing their modem to place the licenses onto their server. According to the VIP software set-up page (notes: 1) it indicates it needs to be done. Then in the warning box below it it states that it is crucial I follow these steps. is this true, I could use some help before I waste a trip. Thanks!

Yes, it is true. You definitely have a problem if the CG can't do a simple 2 step task (as far as his part) or allow you to do it. I wouldn't make the trip unless you get that straightened out. Good Luck & welcome to the board!
