Jim - 2 thoughts. One is that ESI repairs them. Two i know that Paul on here had discussed ESI at one time and it might be worth a PM to him.

ESI not only repairs their telephones, they repair port cards, etc. I sent in a port card for repair once that I thought would have been impossible to repair because of the intricacy of the soldering/desoldering required but they did it.

I don't know if Paul does ESI or not.
But I can speak from experience on the phones he does fix.
When the phones come back they look and perform like brand new phones.
He just finished refurbing about 35 phones for us and we where very pleased with their work. :thumb:
