Does anyone know how to print the System Programming report to the SMDR port? Does SMDR have to be turned off for this functionality to work properly? I know the feature number for this and when I get to that point in programming, it says to begin running the report to press 1, so I press 1 and nothing happens. If I press 1 and then press # it goes to the previous menu. I am running the latest firmware on my 256x FSIII.

Do you have esi-access?
Click on reports and change the option to printer
or: You can view it on-screen.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

You really need Esi-Access to do this regularly and efficiently. Especially since you have the other X-Class across town.
It is available on ESI's reseller website but the bad news (possibly in your case) is you need to be an ESI authorized reseller to have it.
You should work that out with your local ESI rep.
There is also Esi-Admin but I'm not sure of its capabilities in that area.

I have ESI-Admin. The system programming report is the only report that is NOT accessible from Esi-Admin.
