Anybody out there know how to backdoor a IVX 128 system. The installer took the passcode with them and I thought I had a backdoor password but I cannot get into progamming. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, DAT1!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but you will (possibly) need to go a step further and have your customer "released" from their old vendor by ESI as they are very good about protecting their resellers.
