I need to make a few basic changes to day/night ringing programing for IVX 20 system. I'm not the orig installer or an ESI reseller.
Don't want to step on anyones toes here since we are installer s of other systems and know how "outsiders" can take away business.
Is the programing manual/software only available to ESI dealers. I've made all the changes I can through admin. manual. Just need to change day ring destination to ext. 100 (op.) instead of going to VM. any help appreciated... thanks bogaard

You can make all of those changes through the phone, check the manuals link at the top of this page

Yes the installer's manual and software (which will not work on the C-class) is only available to ESI dealers.

To make the requested changes, you will need the installer password as well. Installer and Admin modes have different passwords.
