With your permission I will attempt a dial up connection later this evening.
If that doesn't help then we will contact ESI for 2 things:
1 Get your NSP reset 2 Get you a local ESI contact that you can expect to return your calls.
OK?

Mr Doyle, Check either of the provided email addresses for instructions on how to return your phone system to DAY MODE! Last evening I changed your system to NIGHT MODE in order to expedite numerous attempts to dial in. I will explain later. Currently all incoming calls are being answered by unknown system mailbox. At message end pressing "8" does not deliver me to MAIN MENU (like it should) therefore I cannot return the system to DAY MODE remotely. MY cell number is also in the emails! Standing by

Switched to DAY mode. Still not able to connect, not sure if that was the fix or just something to let you get into the menu.
Get back to me, Thanks.

Connecting to the system through the NSP has been resolved.
So, anyone out there have an analog port card to sell?

It isn't possible for me to go into great detail on this. It was an IP address issue. I am only speculating but I think someone closed a UDP port without informing the original poster of this thread.

I'd be happy to sell you an analog card.
