Situation: Easy Link between a 50 and a 200 server will connect, ring, but will no voice path. We can see the 50 server location pick up so we know it is getting to the system and phones. Any ideas would be helpful.

seen this happen once, the card was not seated properly....
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Problem resolved: The codec needed to match each cabinet in function 835. However, the software needs to be new in order to change it. The old software ends at function 834.
