I am mainly a NEC and Shoretl technican and have run across a customer with an IVX-S Class ESI system. They are in need of a vender to support them in the Santa Barbara, Calif. area. Their system is fairly new and I have helped them, but my company does not support this product. Anyone out there in this area that can help, let me know

Karen..if no board member responds PM me and i will hook you (or the customer) up with the ESI rep for their area who will put them in touch with a reseller.
