This E-class is running feature set 2 and the software version is 1.5.26 which I thought couldnt do off prem forwarding from the users phone i.e. CFWD, 9, number, #, etc...
So I took the DID and had it ring to ID21. ID21 is an out dial branch to the users other office which is using some old Fujitsu system. Customer stated the forward comes thru but then you get the option of 1 to answer or # to send the caller back to the ESI vm.
I just want this to be a permenant call forward so it can hit the Fujitsu vm.

Make sure you disable DTMF for that branch ID

Ahhh... ok thanks. I always thought that had to be on and totally over looked it. Ill dial in and try that.
