Remove the page coming from the system, and replace that with the leads going to the speaker. Make sure the phones is set to accept voice (Program 35) and you should be good to go. They will need to dial that ext if they just want to page to the plant, and not to all the phones. Make sure you don't leave the page and the speaker leads hooked up together, you only need the speaker leads. Good Luck

Awesome I will try that! Not sure about the program 35 though. I really know nothing about these phone systems and the customer received no documentation.

On the phone you use make sure you hit Program 3 5 0, that will turn that phone to voice over mode.

Also make sure the handset is secured so that phone is in an idle state.
