Have a customer that inherited an X-Class. The user and admin passwords are default. It appears the installer password has been changed. I wanted to verify the default password and is there any way past it if it has been. You can email me at [email protected].

If the default password has been changed you will need to deal with tech support.....and you will need to be an esi reseller to do that.

If you don't know the password is it safe to assume you are not a dealer?

No it is a building supply company that inherited the system when the previous supply company was shut down by their English owners.
