What is the recommended upload speed for IP phones on a 200?
I have a user that has 3.4 down and 246 up- and the quality is poor at best.
Thoughts on this? Anyone else run into this?

Are they using this for their internet access as well?
Off the top of my head i think you are looking at about 110K per call......which would explain poor quality if the 246 up is used for internet as well.

It is used for internet as well- can't seem to get it through to them that if they are on the net at the same time as the phone, might have poor quality.

Use ESI Tools to check out the bandwidth, etc..
