Our vendor had to remote in this morning to fix our Called ID which had been disabled. Afterward, I noticed that the time was an hour & seventeen minutes ahead.
Reset the system (unplugged, waited a few second and plugged back in). Have reset the time several times, but it keeps jumping back to the wrong time.
Anybody ever have something like this happen?
TIA for any help you can give.

There is a feature called Auto Time set that synchronizes the system clock with the timestamp on the caller ID signal. It will do this on every incoming call if the feature is turned on. If your carrier was providing the wrong time (sounds like it), you should turn this feature off. Your vendor can do this.
