Hello: Looking for a little help. With the 100 system if I want to leave a voicemail message in several users mailbox at the same time I know that I press the VOICEMAIL button and the desired station key and then the desired station key until I have all of the recipients and then follow the prompts.

However, my question is what if I do not have someones extension as a programmable button can I (or cannot I not) just dial the four digit extension of that person in an effort to get the same recorded message?

Yes just dial their extension. If you do this frequently you might want to consider the group mailbox feature.

Yes if there is no DSS/BLF you can dial the extension on the keypad , just tested

You need to press TRANSFER after the VOICEMAIL key before you can dial an extension on the keypad.
