Trying to create a menu option in the night AA programming to handle the 0 key... The system seems to ignore submenu branches that would handle the 0 key (numbered x0).
How can I make the system go straight to a mailbox greeting at night?
Thanks!

I'm not sure I follow what you are asking. If you want 0 from the ID1 or ID2 to go straight to a mailbox greeting at night just have the operator place her phone in DND and change her personnal greeting. If not just setup a guest mailbox and forward her ext at night to it. Is this for a general delivery mailbox? If so just add a goto branch send it to a guest mailbox and rerecord your greeting.

In 31 Just set forwarding for 0 to what ever guest/info mailbox, or branch id that you would like it to goto.

You can program ID 10 but it won't do anything. Not that I've found anyways. The destination for dial 0 calls is always set in F31.
