Replacing flash card due to VM lockups. Old card is 12.2.15 and new is 12.4.5 I was told to update the old card to 12.4.5 and I did. Then I was told to create a new site while the old card updated to 12.4.5 was installed. Then install the new card and connect to site then upload old database.
Well, its not happening. I cant connect to the site with the new card in place. I just got off w/ tech support and have to wait a bit for another call back.
Any quick ideas???

this happened to me. remember the new baud rate is 115000 and not 3800 or change the baud rate through the phone. it a simple thing but often overlooked.

A couple issues had to be fixed. Main issue was that my System Programer had to be updated and as Tom said baud had to be changed to 115000.
ESI TS had different suggestions and I wasnt even told about the baud rate issue until my 3rd call to TS.
