Windows 7 support for VIP is on the way. Right now it is not officially released, so I wouldn't expect it to work well.

Yeah, only the IT department has win7 right now, all other PCs are running XP Pro with Office 2007.
I'll roll out VIP SE to a few people and see how they like it.

There is also a known issue with Outlook 2007 not playing nice with VIP...had to ditch it and go with SE, fixed the issues.
