Any body know if there is a way to either turn down or turn off the signal in the handset when another call comes in to a phone programmed to ring? I have some brokers that want all phones to ring on all lines, but don't want to hear that double beep when another call rings in. Sys software is 9.0.1 Thanks, Scott

Its called camp on tone and it can be turned off on a per station basis in the station programming screen under timers.Set it to 0.I assume you have a 228 CPU card which with level 9.2.2 the last version had the ability to adjust the volume of the beeps.

Thank You!! The manager of this site calls himself a broker, but he really comes off like a bad used car salesman. Thanks again, Scott
