Two extensions 108 & 109 have changed twice to 116 and 117.
I know how to change back, and would like to know why they decide to change themselves.
thank you

Sorry just saw your earlier post you have a 50. Is it just the extension number or is the mailbox changing also? How are you changing them back?

Safe to assume you renumbered extensions at some point in time???
I always recommend changing the physical cross connects to avoid stuff like this.
You will need to get ESI tech support involved to get it resolved.

Did you do a software update? If so it might have defaulted the ext's back. I know with some of the ESI Software Updates I have had to redo the whole system programming. Not saying that this has happened but check you software versions. As Upstate says, I would make any changes at the cross-connect.Have ESI run Debug and see if they see anything.
Good Luck
