I have a multi location customer in the Houston/ Sugurland area that recently purchased another branch . New branch has ESI E class with PRI. Currently incoming calls after 4 rings go to answering service day and night. They want to do away with the answering service and use an onsite mailbox.I need a local tech or if this can be done remotely.Will pay for service either way. Thanks for any help.

I have a customer here in NY that also has a Houston office ..... ESI gave me the name of someone down there and he tried to screw me ... quoted $200+ per cable run etc. I told him i would get back to him... got on google, found another ESI dealer down there, called him and got much better pricing on both the cabling and the phone work.

The first guy called me back and after i explained the pricing issue he told me he had mistakenly quoted me cat 6 prices and lowered his price. I think he heard NY and assumed i was from the city and he could charge big bucks.

Anyway... if you still need someone down there let me know and i will dig through all my old paperwork and get the name for you.

I have used Houstin Voice Solutions on some National stuff we did and they took care of us.
It has been awhile so check with them to see that they still support the ESI. Good family run organization!
