We recently had a company "upgrade" our boardroom with new A/V equipment. Part of that is a Crestron controller and a NexiaTC teleconferencing system. Does anyone have experience in this type of setup? We can not get multiple lines on a call. The port on the ESI is an analog port. When we try to "flash" to add a line we can call the second number, but as soon as that number picks up it disconnects the first line. While dialing the second number the first line is placed on hold (they get the hold music) so I am assuming that it is something with how the phone system is handling the command to reconnect the line to the call. Any help is appreciated.

If you are trying to send a flash to the NexiaTC for an additional line you need to change the flash hook timer in feature 151. Default is 1.5 seconds. you need to lower that timer to about 1.0 seconds.

You have to flash twice to initiate a conference, and then flash once to bring all 3 parties together.
