I have installed systems in the past, however, the experience I have is mostly hardware, very little programming. What I would like to know is during the AA programming it asks for a "ID" Name. ie... Menu Branch, can this be named anything within reason, or does this require a certain naming convention. Any information would be much appreciated!

Please complete your profile so we know who you are and where you work.
Then you should post this in the ESI section since it is an ESI system.

with all do respects, I don't think that you knowing where I work, will help you with the question I have, also;it is a general question with regards to AA, setup. If you can help me with a few answers then great if not, please move on....
Thanks

Thanks The completed profile is a request we make so we know who we are working with. If you don't want to complete it that's fine, there are many who choose not to reply if the profile is incomplete.

Thanks for reply, I do understand, however I want to at this point keep things, the way they are. All I am looking for is a little bit of information, to accomplish this task that has been given me, by my employer. I worked for a local interconnect system in the past and have installed Panasonic(DBS) digital systems, awhile back, all I did back then is do the physical installion running ext cables mounting the KSU,terminate ext cbles on both ends I am familiar with the 66 blocks, and the 110 blocks as well, the basics, and did not get a chance for the programming part of it. So this is why I am asking questions reagrding some programming expects, I all ready do some minor programming of it. Any help would be most appreciated!!
Thanks

In reading your only other topic I don't see anything that supports your comment about Upstateny. Since this topic is going nowhere it is being closed.
