dlind44 Member Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 6 thief river falls	Esi-100 phone system and 24 extensions - 23 of the 24 extensions can pickup an incoming call to a different extension by using the *p/up key + extension. one extension cannot do this and gets the message service not available when they try pick and incoming call to a different extension any one have an ideas why one extention will not do this. tried a different phone at this extension and it does the same thing. original phone works when hooked up at a different extension
