ESI has told me they cannot provide DNIS digits via smdr or any other way to be "captured" with thier system. Just caller ID. I am working with a customer who wants to use Customer serv. software with window pops. The purpose of capturing the DNIS is to monitor/run reports so the customer can see what phone numbers (DID's) the caller has dialed for thier marketing research. If the ESI system cannot do this is there a unit I can put in place that the PRI can be connected to that would capture the DNIS and then connect the output to the phone system. (Daisey-chain) :shrug: Thanks in advance for your help.

try assigning the DNIS to separate ACD Departments.You then can pull ACD reports and get the number of calls in each dept.

I thought of that but they will have about 10 ring stations and ACD will not ring more than 1 phone at a time. Thanks.

You can have multiple login's, at least 2 but 10 your out of the ballpark.
