Okay here I go with another question? Customer wants to connect a phone up to the security system. He wants to be able to dial a 4 digit code to open the door right from his desk via the phone.. Is this even possible with the Iwatsu ADIX APS system? Thanks again!

If you hook a relay up to a EDVIF card than you can. I actually did one just the other day. We used a key on the Attendant station instead of dialing a four digit number though.

Thanks for the info, I think we are going to purchase a door phone & just put a key on the users phone so they can let them in.
So how hard is this system to learn anyway? I have a customer we are moving & I need to hire out a local Iwatsu vendor just to move the phone system. Blahh, unplug it & plug it back in....

who are you using to move your system? I am in Cleveland and I am familiar with several of the local dealers.
