We have a SLT forwarded to voicemail from calls from outside the switch. All internal calls are working fine to the extension. I cancelled all calls from being forwarded from the phone. I checked inside class 10 set to allow forwarding, fixed call FWD is set to NA, manual call FWD is set to ALL. It will not remove the forwarding from outside calls. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you forward the phone from the actual port on the block? If so you will have to go on the block with a test set and cancel call forwarding. Let me know if you can't find it and I can look it up for you.
Is there a call forward destination in class 10? If so you will have to take that out to stop call forwarding.
Is the outside call coming in from AA or a DID?

Not sure how the forwarding started. I am just trying to cancel it. The call is coming from a DID. I changed the port in the system, but it is still forwarding to voicemail. Thanks for the help.

Have you looked in the DID table to see if there is anything other than the Ext. programmed as the destination?

That was it. Thanks for the help. It had a weird number pointing instead of the extension.
