How do I find out how many phone extensions I have available and the numbers of them? While I'm at it, how do you change the name on an extension and set up voicemail on a new extension?

You need to tell us what model Iwatsu this is.
Look at the cards that are in the system to determine how many station or line ports are available.
Most of what your are looking for is done in Class #10.
VM set up will reqire forwarding in Class 10. You will also need to creat a new mailbox in the VM system.
Station names are programmed in class #10
I thought you said that your system was down...

Using the programmer, near the top of the screen is a drop-down menu for reports. You can choose either staions or trunks and print a report listing logical port numbers, extension numbers,staion id's,key pattern numbers and other interesting info.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
