I had an installer try to help me with setting up my voice mail. He some how made my extension which was 201, 217. When someone calls tp leave a message they first hear this extenstion is not available, if they happen to wait a minute the message I recorded will start.

You're still extension 201. Extension 217 is the extension number of the first voicemail port on your system (I looked at your previous posts.)
It sounds as though you are missing a greeting, either in mailbox 900 for normal hours or mailbox 905 for night hours. Check to see which active greeting is selected for each mailbox, then make sure that greeting actually exists, re-record if necessary.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
