User says when transfering a voicemail to another ext the message indicator light does not illuminate. Also when trying to retrieve a deleted voicemail using option 6 system says "you do not have access to that feature." What programming class do I need to check? Voicemail is running on a seperate PC, not sure what brand. Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the forum.
We need to know what Iwatsu phone sytem and especially what voicemail system you are using in order to help. If you were using the Iwatsu VM card, you could check the class of service settings for each mailbox, or the global class of service to address the deleted message option.
3rd party voicmail systems easily integrate with Iwatsu, but failure to light message waiting lights could be due to a few different issues.
I thought you said that your system was down...

The phone system is Iwatsu Adix Omega Phone V6.30 and the voicemail application is Telephony Office-Linx 2000 V4.6.0.
