I have a customer that can't cancel the Ansering Machine Emulation on an extension. They have tried pressing the button and it remains lit. IS there a feature code that might work. I have searched all of my manuals and can't find it either.

From the user guide, have you:
To set or change the VM Monitor Mode:
While your station is idle, press the SPKR key.
Press the FEAT key.
Press the AME key.
1. Press 1 to deactivate (if previously activated)
2. Press 2 to set the mode as Manual
3. Press 3 to set the mode as Automatic
