We are looking at adding 40 new phones to an existing system. My question is that i am not a certified technician on this system. Will I be able to get a installation guide and is it a difficult system to add to. If I can get a manual could you direct me to where I can get one. If I need to get certified where would I get this done. Thanks for your time.

You would have to get in touch with Iwatsu to become a dealer and get certified. Maybe you could sub out the installation to a certified tech or company. How are you going to get the phones and cards and possibly licenses (if its an ECS) that the upgrade will require? Iwatsu (thankfully) is very protective of their dealers and territiories.
