Hi, Need help with Voicemail. We purchased a new company and there phone systems I have the tech manual and the Voicemail Admin manual. I need help with getting into the system as the mailbox admin. We do not know the admin pass code is there a way in the system programming to change it or delete it so I can get access? Thanks, Randy

There isn't an 'Admin' passcode per se; Admin rights are assigned to existing mailboxes. Check for access rights in the maiboxes you CAN access. If none of them have rights assigned, you'll need a dealer to assign them.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

What is the make/model of the systems and do you think there may be remote access such as a modem or VIA I.P.?
If at first you don't succeed, try again before you call and piss off tech support!
