I have one user on my ECS 4.01 system who's light on the top of her IX-12KTD phone does not flash when she has voicemail. The small Mailbox light that is the voicemail button on the phone blinks. The top light does blink when on a call and I've already tried replacing the phone. Is this an ECS setting or a esnatech voicemail setting?

Check setting 10.75.01 in the ECS to see if the correct button is configured for the Green LED Display.

It's set to 36 just like all the rest.

Double check that particular user's key pattern to be sure the key in question is correctly assigned. If you have to make a change in Class 10 to assign the LED, you must reset (unplug, plug back in)the phone for the setting change to take effect.

Double check the programming for the mailbox to be sure the MWL has not been defeated in the ESNA

Is it an attendant position? If so, 10.75.01 should be set to 136.

Aha... Yes, the previous person assigned to that extension was a backup attendant. I've reassigned the port to be only KT and not attendant.

How do I get the station keys to change from 129-136 to 29-36?

Reassign the user a non-attendant key pattern (below 1025).
