This seems like a good group here...
I just inherited an IWATSU system running ADIX Programmer 3.2
I have figured out some stuff but there are a few basic things that I would appreciate some assistance on:
1. How do you rerecord VoiceMenus?
2. We have some queues setup and I was able to find the ACD Access code in Group 19. I then noticed that it referenced a Call Sequence Table. I found the details of that in Class 18. I searched under "Call Sequence Table" and noticed that it had three entries in the table:
Delay/Answer -> Imm Que. Play MSG -> 18 Forward to ACD Group -> 26
I know that 26 is our main ACD number so that makes sense. My question is where do I go to listen or rerecord MSG 18???
I appreciate any assistance you can offer...

In Mailbox data you will look for logical 18. This will have a mailbox associated with it which is where the message is recorded. You would listen to that message the same way you would listen to a greeting in any other mailbox.
As far as changing greetings, are you using the on-board voicemail?

I clicked on Class 35 Mail Box Data and the only tab it had was the "item" tab. and a place to search for "Mailbox Number"
Am I in the right place? In terms of on board Voicemail, I would assume yes, the person who left, gave me a quick overview and he said everything was contained in the two towers...
Thanks for any assistance.

I believe that the message(18)is recorded on the MSGU/CMSG CARD not in voicemail. Find an attendant phone that has a VSSR/A.REC button and lift handset press the button dial #(pound) and the message number(18), see if that is the message you want to change....
