Here is another one:
Main number comes in and the DNIS conversion sets it to *701. I went to Mailbox 701 and under the "transfer options"; "Do Not Disturb", "logged In" and "Voice Menu" is checked and a Menu called "MAIN" is selected from the drop down list.
I then went to the Voice Menu area and found "MAIN" Nothing was in there except "D - Send to Main Greeting". If I turned on the Port monitor and called the main number is does not show "MAIN", it shows "TRANSPLT" as the menu that is playing. Under the "TRANSPLT" menu, there are a bunch of options that look like an auto attendant..
Here is my question. How do I re-record the "TRANSPLT" greeting? I logged into mailbox 701 but nothing was recorded in there...
Thanks...

If you click on the company tab, and go to greetings, you will see the greeting that you are talking about "TRANSPLT"(you may have to scroll down the start with voice menu to find) with a phrase number next to it, that is the recording number that you are trying to find. To re-record that you will need to log in as a supervisor (via telephone) and go thru prompts to re-record that greeting number.
