I'm new to Iwatsu... Just wanted to confirm something.
I have a user that is no longer employed... If I want to delete the extension is it as simple as going into class 10 and removing the number, and deleting the voicemail profile???
Thanks,

The easiest thing to do is delete the mailbox, then re-create it. Presumably, someone will come along that needs to use the extension. Just make sure the extension isn't part of any attendant menus.
You may have to remove a station name in Class 10, but it will be easier later on if the extension is ready to go for the next user, and you won't mess up your numbering plan.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
