Hello,

My phone above used to blink when we got a voicemail. That recently has gone away, now the only way to know when I have a voicemail is to go into my voicemail, where it will tell if I do or do not have one. I have one phone that blinks when there is no voicemail at all! Need help!!!

Also, I can not find the feature list anywhere (like Feature 64 changes the time etc.) online. Does anyone know where I can find it?

As for the message waiting lights- Have you moved phones around the office recently?

No change whatsoever to the phones..just stopped blinking (and the one wont stop blinking even though there's no message). Went to that website and downloaded the file..it doesnt list what each number does and I know there are 60 or 70 of them. Still at square one.

If no moving or swapping has taken place, the best thing to do is have your vendor in for a visit to figure out why things have changed. Message waiting lights are programmed in the phone system AND the voice mail system. Regrettably, this isn't end-user programming.

Are you looking for a particular feature code?

Ah, thanks. Another $200 down the drain. I just thought that the feature codes would've had something to do with it, but it doesnt seem so.

Thanks for help.
