I have an ECS 5.x and have reprogrammed the VMI IVR with new greetings and transfer paths. How do I test the menus through the iwatsu phone? I would like to see if the greetings and paths are configured correctly before putting them into production.

You'll have to make them active,then dial the Voice Mail hunt group access code. You'll hear whichever greeting is scheduled to play. If you don't, you have more programming to do. wink

you can trick the system by changing the time on the voice mail so it play the after hours greeting too. Just get in the system Administrative options and changes the time. It take a few second for it to change so I always count to 5 then dial the vm Hunt group access number.

Dial the voice mail access code, then dial your new menu number. If it's something other than what is scheduled to play it will still operate.
